This RJ45 straight inline coupler provides a female-to-female feed-through connection. It allows you to extend the length of an RJ45 Ethernet cable by adding on another RJ45 Ethernet cable. This coupler is not Cat5/Cat5e rated - for Cat5/Cat5e rated couplers, see N032-001.
