Replacement Locking Outlet Covers for Hospital-Grade Power Strips
The PSHGCOVERKIT contains six duplex locking outlet covers and 24 black screws for installing the covers. Ideal replacements for lost, broken or otherwise damaged covers, these white plastic covers fit all hospital-grade power strips with mounted duplex locking covers, including PS-415-HGULTRA, PS-615-HGOEM and other compatible NEMA 5-15R-HG and NEMA 5-20R-HG healthcare power strips. The covers are original OEM replacement parts, which retain their agency rating.

These outlet covers are protected by a patented antimicrobial powder coating with EPA-registered and FDA-compliant silver ionic technology. The antimicrobial surface protection is 99.9 percent effective in inhibiting the growth of bacteria and reducing the risk of HAIs in hospitals and other medical environments. The coating meets the requirements of JIS Z 2801:2000, an international standard for evaluating efficacy in antimicrobial products.
