Signal Booster Strength
In some applications, a signal booster (B122-000-60) should be used with this cable to ensure a signal strong enough for your display. If transmitting a 1920 x 1080 (1080p) signal, you should use the high-definition version of this cable (P568-100-HD), in addition to a signal booster. An alternate solution is to use a HDMI over Cat5 Extender (B126-1A1) in place of a 100-foot HDMI cable and signal booster.
Overview
This 24A WG High-Definition Standard-Speed HDMI Gold cable allows interconnection between digital display devices, such as HDTVs and projectors, to digital source devices, such as satellite/cable boxes, Blu-Ray players and AV receivers. Supports iPad2 Video Mirroring when used with Apple Digital AV Adapter. Heavy-gauge wire (24 AWG) assures full 1080p resolution at the display when used with an HDMI Signal Booster, such as the B122-000-60. HDMI assures that the best video signal is always sent from source to the display by allowing uncompressed video and multi-channel audio data to be input to the display device through one single cable. An HDMI connection allows input at high rates of speed, up to 10.2 Gbps.
