Not all laptops are capable of transmitting video to its primary screen and two connected displays. If two connected displays are desired then the local screen needs to be turned off under the computer's video settings. Mac OS does not support MST mode and only supports SST mode for transmitting mirrored video content to connected displays. To get maximum bandwidth the host should support DSC format and DP 1.4 Alt Mode.
