Eaton warrants this product, if used in accordance with all applicable instructions, to be free from original defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of initial purchase. If the product should prove defective in material or workmanship within that period, Eaton will, subject to the foregoing terms and limitations, repair or replace the product, in its sole discretion, as your exclusive remedy for Eaton's breach of its limited warranty.

Why is the mouse and keyboard response time sluggish on my rackmount console when its connected to a B072-Series KVM switch?

This issue can be resolved by upgrading the firmware of your KVM switch. An alternate firmware version is available to address this problem and can be found in the Help & Downloads tab of the B072-008-1, B072-016-1 and B072-016-1-IP web page or in the software dowload section of the Service & Support page.

Why aren't the keyboard and mouse functional on my console?

Verify that you are using the correct cables for your KVM, console or console KVM. Each family of KVMs has specific cable models that work with them. Also, check that all connections are secure and that you have followed the specific start-up directions given in the Owner's Manual. Contact Tripp Lite Product/Technical Support if you are unable to resolve the issue.
